Overlooking the bay of Palermo, the Grand Hotel Villa Igiea is one of Sicily's most famous hotels. It was built by the powerful Florio Family at the end of the 19th century by the Architect Ernest Basile, master of Italian Art Nouveau.

The Grand Hotel Villa Igiea boasts jasmine-scented gardens and a pool perched over the sea. All rooms are fully equipped with cable TV and air conditioning.

Mediterranean cuisine is served at the Belle Epoque terrace restaurant and by the pool bar.
